WINNER WALL PUTTY

Walls, ceilings and other building surfaces usually have imperfections on the surface such as holes, dents and cracks. Reason why, a coat of durable white putty comes handy. It helps cover up the imperfections and make the surface, super smooth. This cement-based putty, strengthened with minerals and polymers, provides a smooth, white finish, which is good as the first coat of paint.

How to apply

  • Clean loose particles, dirt, grease and traces of foreign material from the surface, using sand paper, or by chipping
  • For loose plaster areas, remove the defective material and re-plaster the area.
  • For ceilings/walls that are uneven, apply fresh plaster and fill up the cracks in base plaster, and level it out.

Apply the mix

  • Dampen the surface to be plastered with clean water. Allow excess water to drain off.
  • Using a steel trowel / blade, apply the mixture to a thickness of about 1-2mm.
  • Level and smoothen the surface. A single coat of Lucky Moudler covers 6-10 sq.ft.
  • Cure the first coat lightly after it dries.
  • Once the first coat has fully dried and set, apply the second coat. Cure the second coat lightly for two days
  • The thickness of each coat should not exceed 2mm and the total plaster thickness should not exceed 3 mm.
  • Smoothen with a steel trowel. Apply sand paper, if desired.
